It enables potential buyers to quickly select their individual review focus areas and define the scope of the review. In addition, the tool automatically generates relevant documents, including an information request list that is precisely aligned with the selected review focus areas and a report template that contains general legal information on the review focus areas selected. The lawyers prepare the due diligence report on the basis of this template using numerous additional predefined and regularly updated text modules that are stored in an intelligent database.

This enables them to focus more on the individual specifics of the respective legal due diligence, making it faster, more efficient and more informative as a result.
